Quran Competition Winners Honored in Yazd
IQNA – A Quranic event titled “Festival of Verses” was held in the Velayat Mosque in Yazd, central Iran, where winners of national Quran competitions from the province were honored.
Mohammad Reza Babaei, governor of Yazd attended the program, which included a Tawasheeh performance by the Kowsar and Warisin choir, and Quran recitation by Mohammad Hossein Azimi, a young qari.
